"I cannot afford to purchase the insurance my employer offers so I am on a county health plan which I am very grateful for, but not all doctors accept it and I find myself in the situation where my doctor wants me to go to a gastroenterology and no one in our county accepts it. So I am in effect flirting with colon cancer because I can't afford to see a specialist."
